Nilvia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from California State University, Sacramento and joined Impact Wealth Management in 2019. As New Business & Operations Manager, she plays a key role in guiding new clients through a refined onboarding experience while supporting the firm’s operational infrastructure. Nilvia works closely with advisors and internal teams to coordinate account openings, transitions, and core workflows, helping ensure a seamless, consistent, and elevated client experience.
